Keith Peattie Associates were appointed to this scheme as the clerk of works by one of their major clients. The project was made up of 11 houses of varying size from 2-bedroom terraced dwellings to 5-bedroom town houses.

The project also included a community centre which is due to complete by the end of 2025.

The clerk of works inspected from commencement to the completion of the houses reporting weekly on progress, compliance and quality.
