Keith Peattie Associates were appointed to this scheme as the clerk of works to inspect the site fortnightly for compliance and quality including fire protection. Pre-handover inspections were completed to the 33 apartments along with all communal and external areas.

Some of the units were for accessible complying with Part M of the building regulations. The project was a great success with the client being pleased with the outcome.
