The Beacon School

The project commenced in July 2024 completing August 2025 and consisted of a new extension to the school and refurbishment to the existing linking both the new and existing together.

The school has pupils of profound, severe and complex needs from the ages of 3 – 19 therefore the design accommodated the needs for these pupils.

Keith Peattie Associates were employed in the role as NEC4 Supervisor through the duration of the project which completed ahead of time and to an excellent standard due to the close working relationship of the site team and contractor.
